Before being considered for placement, all potential candidates will meet personally with our trained counselors to evaluate their credentials. This includes prior work history, references , as well background checks.
This allows us to select only the finest candidates for you, discretely, and in complete confidence.
Before placing a caregiver, our candidates undergo the most thorough screening process in the industry. The process includes, but not limited to, a criminal background search, abuse registry search, driving history as well as past history search.

$100 Initial fee (application).
Placement fee :
Actual fee to be determined as per your needs. Example - (Full-time versus part-time, temporary, or live in). $300-$500.
Placement fee also includes:
Driving History and Insurance, Abuse registry checks plus...
Personal and Professional Reference Checks.
Drug testing check available for an additional fee.
* 30 day probation period. Free placement for the 1st 30 days, for any reason that their employment ends.
* 31-90 day termination, the agency will replace the nanny one-time for 50% of the applicable fee.
Tax and Payroll
Families interested in a long-term or short term relationship with their nannies or other household staff need to start with a clear understanding of the financial obligations of both parties.
Misunderstandings between you and your staff on compensation and the financial terms and conditions of employment can ruin your relationship.
Under common law, You ( the family) are responsible to collect taxes. It does not matter if these services are performed on a full-time or a part-time basis.
We can take care of these obligations for you.
$220 (per quarter) and the nanny will be on direct deposit.
$135 year end fee for tax preparation. ( W2, etc). (these services will be performed by a C.P.A. Certified Public Account).
We also offer a 1 hour class that will teach the caregiver about their obligations, specifically detailed to your needs. - This service applies to nannies, babysitters, house sitters, housekeepers, or pet walkers. $40.
Backup care services for 1 time, short term or emergency babysitting needs. As well as housekeepers, house sitters, and pet caregivers.
